 You must be a lotus, unfolding its petals when the sun rises in the sky, unaffected by the slush where it is born or even the water which sustains it! - Sai Baba Lotusland, Santa Barbara, 2005 Love it, hate it, but if you view it leave a comment ________ Sai Baba is right. I don't know who he is...but for this statement I agree. The muck from which the lotus flowers blossoms looks unable to support the beauty that springs forth. Its beauty is proof that once can triumph and blossom in even the most. I have felt extremely bad for the week long neglect of my photo updates. I was suffering from Photo block as I wasn't really inspired to do much photography. Too many things on my mind, including photography, that I was on mental overload. Thank goodness for my weekend trip to Lotusland in Santa Barbara. It is a beautiful garden filled with so much to see. I hope you like nature shots because here they come!! | |
